Thank you for considering our Elite Plan. We offer a comprehensive solution that includes Talent Sourcing and Acquisition as well as HR Generalist services to manage various HR functions.
Our Elite Plan includes a full suite of services, including job analysis and description, employer branding, custom list building for sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, reference and other checks, offer negotiation (including compensation and benefits), and onboarding. We also manage end-to-end candidate experience, recruitment metrics and reporting, and talent data mining for continuous optimization.
Additionally, we provide HR Generalist services that cover managing employee relations, payroll, timekeeping, leaves management, workforce and talent planning, hiring process management and optimization, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent market insights and trend analysis.

Terms & Conditions :
To ensure high-quality service, we assign one recruiter, one sourcer, and one HR Generalist who will be committed to your sourcing and recruiting 40 hours per week. If you require additional sourcers, recruiters, or HR Generalists, we offer the option to add them to your plan at a base price of $600 per month for a sourcer, $1000 per month for a recruiter, and $900 per month for an HR Generalist.
Our success fee is charged at 4% for every placement and is billed separately.
We have a 4 weeks/one month notice cancellation policy and a limit of 15 jobs per month per resource.
There is no upper limit on the number of HR Generalists.
