Welcome to our Client's Pro Plan, designed to provide you with a comprehensive talent sourcing and acquisition service that includes end-to-end recruitment services.

Our Pro Plan includes a range of services that are tailored to your specific requirements, including job analysis and description, employer branding, custom list building for sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, reference and other checks, offer negotiation (including compensation and benefits), onboarding, managing end-to-end candidate experience, recruitment metrics, reporting, and talent data mining for continuous optimization.

Comprehensive Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Our comprehensive talent sourcing and acquisition service is designed to help businesses find the right talent quickly and effectively. We understand that finding the right talent can be a challenging task, which is why we use a proven methodology to source, identify, and acquire the right talent for our clients. Our sourcing and acquisition process involves a thorough understanding of our clients' business and culture, which helps us to identify candidates that are not only a good fit for the role but also for the organization.

Job analysis and Description: Our job analysis and description service involves working closely with our clients to identify the core requirements of the job and the key competencies needed for success in the role. We work closely with our clients to develop a competitive offer that reflects the candidate's skills and experience. We provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation process and work to ensure a positive outcome for both the client and the candidate. We also provide support during the onboarding process to help new hires feel welcomed and valued.

Our Custom List Building service is designed to source potential candidates that meet your specific requirements. Our team of experienced sourcers will work diligently to ensure that you receive up to 50 profiles per day that meet your needs. Our Custom List includes 25+ fields of candidates' information, including verified phone numbers, personal email, LinkedIn URL, and other relevant details that will help you make informed hiring decisions.

Terms & Conditions
We assign one dedicated recruiter and one sourcer to your sourcing and recruiting process, who will work 40 hours per week to ensure that your recruitment process is optimized and on schedule. In case you require additional resources, you can add an additional sourcer at a base price of $600/month, and an additional recruiter at a base price of $1000/month, which will be billed separately.

Please note that we charge a success fee of 4% for every placement made through our services, which will be billed separately. This aligns our interests with yours and encourages us to work harder to get you the right candidates.

Our Cancellation Policy requires a 4-week or one-month notice to cancel the service. This policy ensures that we can adequately plan our resources and continue to deliver quality services to our clients.

Please be advised that we have a limit of 15 jobs per month per resource. This ensures that we can give each of our clients the necessary attention and deliver quality work within the agreed timeframe.

In addition to our Custom List Building service, we also offer Talent Data Mining for Continuous Optimization. This service is designed to help you identify and retain top talent by analyzing market trends and talent movements. Our experienced team of data miners will work diligently to provide you with the insights you need to stay ahead of your competition.
